1. Where We Ship
FLOAVI currently ships primarily to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional markets. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@floavi.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–15 business days
- Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 5–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. FLOAVI is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@floavi.com.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. FLOAVI is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order at support@floavi.com — address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered before arriving
- Contact your local carrier
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@floavi.com and we will investigate
8. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (where applicable), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. FLOAVI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
