At FLOAVI, your satisfaction matters. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal — EU & French Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or France, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without providing any reason, under Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

How to exercise this right:

Email us at support@floavi.com within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and confirm your intent to return
Return the item unused, in its original condition and original packaging

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

2. Returns — US Customers

US customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
Contact support@floavi.com to initiate a return and receive instructions
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@floavi.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping

EU and French customers additionally benefit from:

The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq., French Consumer Code)
The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq., French Civil Code)

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, inflated outdoors, or show signs of wear
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned after the applicable return window has expired

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 14 days after we receive and inspect your return
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit your account

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@floavi.com with your order number. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
