Refund & Return Policy

At FLOAVI, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal — EU / French Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or France, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason, under Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us at support@floavi.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and confirm your intent to return
  • Return the item in its original, unused condition and original packaging

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for purchase.

2. Returns for US Customers

US customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Contact support@floavi.com to initiate a return and receive instructions
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@floavi.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping

EU/French customers additionally benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, inflated outdoors, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the applicable return window has expired

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@floavi.com with your order number. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
