1. Shipping Destinations
FLOAVI ships to France, the European Union, the United States, and select international destinations. To check availability for your country, proceed to checkout or contact us at support@floavi.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch:
- France (Standard): 5–12 business days
- European Union (Standard): 7–15 business days
- United States (Standard): 5–15 business days
- United States (Express): 2–3 business days (where available)
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. FLOAVI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, are clearly displayed on the website.
5. VAT & Taxes
France & EU orders: All prices include VAT where applicable. No additional customs fees apply for intra-EU deliveries.
Orders outside the EU: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. FLOAVI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@floavi.com.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. FLOAVI is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order — changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked as delivered before arriving
- Contact your local carrier
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us at support@floavi.com and we will investigate
